What the service can cover

Agree which of these belong in the scope. We confirm deliverables, reviewers and approvals before work starts.

  • Direct-to-consumer strategy

Category positioning, price architecture, offer design, and subscription versus one-time purchase decisions.

  • Storefront development

Themes, app integrations and checkout customisation, in English and Arabic where needed.

  • Marketplace listings

Product page copy, image briefs and category placement on the marketplaces you sell on, such as Noon or Amazon.ae.

  • Retail media

Sponsored placements and marketplace advertising, with budgets under your approval.

  • Retention

Email and SMS flows, loyalty and subscription offers, and win-back sequences, sent only to customers who have consented.

  • Fulfilment and returns advice

What to look for in a fulfilment partner, return policy design, and review requests after purchase.

Limits and scope

Marketplace rules, fees and ranking factors are set by the marketplaces and change without notice. We do not promise sales, rankings or review counts. Pricing, stock and fulfilment decisions stay with you.

Services are agreed separately from the Quixo Audit. See all services, review the plan details or discuss the scope with us.

How the work is scoped and approved

  1. Agree the brief

Set the objective, audience, facts and assets that can be used.

  2. Draft and review

Prepare the agreed deliverables, then collect review from the people you name.

  3. Approve, then publish

Nothing goes live until an authorised approver signs it off. Further measurement is agreed separately.

Before you start

Do you run the store day to day?

Day-to-day operations are scoped separately from strategy and build.

Do you write listings in Arabic?

Yes. Storefronts and listings can be written in English, Arabic or both, with a native reviewer for the Arabic copy.

Is this included with the Quixo Audit?

No. Quixo Audit is a separate purchase. Content creation, campaigns, implementation and workspace access are agreed separately.
