SEO services in Dubai that search engines and AI assistants can read
SEO services in Dubai make your website easy for Google, Bing and AI assistants to crawl, understand and trust, in English and Arabic, so you appear when people in the UAE search for what you sell. Quixo Marketing starts every SEO engagement with a Quixo Audit of your public website, then turns the findings into a fix list you can see and check.
What an SEO company in Dubai should do for you
SEO (search engine optimisation) is the work of making a website easy for search engines and AI assistants to find, read and recommend for the questions your customers ask. It is not a single trick or a monthly report. It is a set of checks and fixes across how your site is built, what each page says, how your business appears on maps, and whether machines can read your details without guessing.
For a business in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah, that work has a local shape. Your buyers search in English and Arabic, mostly on a phone, often with a district in the query. Many now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot or Claude before they open Google, and Google itself shows AI Overviews above the usual results. A good SEO company in Dubai plans for all of these at once, not one channel at a time.
Quixo Marketing is a marketing operating system for UAE businesses, based in Dubai Silicon Oasis. We do SEO in a specific order: measure first with the Quixo Audit, fix what blocks you, then build the pages and signals that help you appear. You see each finding as a task, and you can rescan to check that the fix worked. For the full list of what our SEO service includes, see SEO services.
What SEO covers
Six areas, checked and worked on together. Weakness in one usually limits the others.
Technical SEO
Can search engines reach, crawl and index your pages? We check robots.txt, sitemaps, redirects, broken links, canonical tags, HTTPS, mobile layout and page weight, and fix what stops pages from being read.
On-page SEO
Does each page clearly say what it is about? We work on titles, descriptions, headings, internal links and copy so one page answers one intent, such as “dental clinic in JLT” or “corporate PRO services Dubai”.
Local SEO and Google Business Profile
Do you show in the map pack for searches near you? We review your Google Business Profile categories, services, hours, photos and reviews process, and keep your name, address and phone consistent across the web.
Structured data
Can machines read your business details without guessing? We add schema.org markup for your organisation, services, location, FAQs and breadcrumbs, so search engines and AI assistants get facts, not inferences.
Content
Do you have a page for each question buyers ask? We plan and write service pages, location pages and answers in English and Arabic, based on real queries, and link them so authority flows to the pages that sell.
AI-answer visibility
Can ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews access and quote your site? We check crawler access, machine-readable business details and quotable answers. See generative engine optimisation in Dubai.
How search in Dubai is different
Most SEO advice is written for single-language markets. Dubai is not one. Four differences shape how we plan your work.
Bilingual queries. The same buyer may search “seo company dubai” in the morning and “شركة سيو في دبي” in the evening. Arabic searches are not a translation of English ones: the words, spellings and intent often differ, and some people type Arabic words in Latin letters. You need Arabic pages written for Arabic queries, with correct hreflang tags linking each language version. Our Arabic SEO page explains how we handle this.
Mobile first. Most searches in the UAE happen on a phone. Google indexes the mobile version of your site, so a page that looks fine on a desktop but hides content, loads slowly or breaks on a small screen is the version that counts. Tap-to-call and WhatsApp buttons matter as much as the copy.
The map pack. For “near me” and service-plus-area searches, Google shows a map with three businesses before the normal results. Getting into that list depends on your Google Business Profile, how close you are to the searcher, consistent business details and reviews. A strong website alone will not put you there.
District terms. People search by area: Business Bay, JLT, DIFC, Dubai Marina, Al Barsha, Deira, Dubai Silicon Oasis. In Abu Dhabi and Sharjah the same pattern holds. If you serve several areas, a page that honestly describes how you serve each one usually does better than one page listing every district. We do not create fake addresses or doorway pages to chase these terms.
Technical, local, content and AI-answer SEO compared
| Type | What it is | What it fixes | How it is checked |
|---|---|---|---|
| Technical SEO | The build of your site: crawling, indexing, speed, mobile layout, security and structured data. | Pages that are never indexed, duplicate URLs, broken links, slow or broken mobile pages, missing sitemaps. | Crawl of the public site, robots.txt and sitemap review, index coverage in Google Search Console, mobile and page-weight tests, rescan after fixes. |
| Local SEO | Your presence in maps and area-based searches, led by Google Business Profile. | Missing from the map pack, wrong categories, inconsistent name, address and phone, no review process. | Profile review, citation consistency check, local-results checks for your service and district terms. |
| Content SEO | Pages written to answer the questions buyers ask, in English and Arabic. | No page for a key service or area, thin or duplicated copy, weak internal links, Arabic pages that are literal translations. | Query and page mapping, on-page review of titles and headings, Search Console queries and clicks over time. |
| AI-answer visibility | Whether AI assistants can access, understand and quote your site. | AI crawlers blocked in robots.txt, business details AI cannot read, answers buried in long pages. | AI-assistant discoverability check in the Quixo Audit: robots.txt access for ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, Google-Extended, Apple and Common Crawl, plus machine-readable business details. |
Most sites need all four. The Quixo Audit shows which one is holding you back first. For the difference between SEO, GEO and AEO, see GEO in Dubai and AEO in the UAE.
How an SEO engagement starts
Run the Quixo Audit
You enter your website address. The Quixo Audit uses only your public website and gives a six-factor score and grade: 23 checks, scored 0–100 and graded A–F. If something cannot be measured, it is marked “not measured” and left out of the score rather than guessed. Tiers are Essential $49 / AED 180, Pro $99 / AED 364 and Enterprise $179 / AED 657.
Read the findings with your competitors
The audit compares you with up to three competitors on Essential, or up to five on Pro and Enterprise. It includes the AI-assistant discoverability check. You receive a PDF and a spreadsheet in English and Arabic, and Enterprise adds a step-by-step fix guide.
Agree the scope
We go through the findings with you and agree what to fix first, what to build next and who does each part: you, your developer or us. Ongoing SEO work is scoped and quoted after the audit, so you pay for the work your site needs, not a fixed package.
Fix, approve and rescan
Findings become tasks in your Quixo portal. Where AI drafts a title, description or page, a person approves it before it goes live. After each round of fixes you rescan, so you can see which checks now pass.
Build and review
With the blockers cleared, we work on content, local signals and structured data in English and Arabic. Reports in the portal are in both languages, and you review progress against the same checks the audit used.
What we will not promise
No one controls a position in Google or a mention by an AI assistant. Any SEO company in Dubai that guarantees a first-page ranking, a set number of leads or an answer in ChatGPT is promising something it does not control. Search engines change their systems often, and competitors work on their sites too.
So we will not promise:
- A ranking position, for any keyword, in any time frame.
- That ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or Google AI Overviews will name your business.
- Traffic, lead or revenue figures before we have seen your site and your market.
- Shortcuts such as bought links, fake reviews, fake office addresses or copied pages. These risk penalties and are not worth it.
What we do promise is a clear method. You see what was checked, what was found, what was fixed and whether the fix passed a rescan. Decisions are yours, based on evidence from your own site.
SEO in Dubai: questions buyers ask
What does an SEO company in Dubai actually do?
An SEO company in Dubai finds and fixes what stops your website from appearing in Google, Bing, maps and AI answers for UAE searches. That covers technical fixes, page titles and copy, Google Business Profile, structured data, English and Arabic content, and AI-assistant access. At Quixo Marketing it starts with a Quixo Audit, then the findings become tasks you can track and rescan.
How much does SEO cost in Dubai?
With Quixo Marketing, SEO starts with a Quixo Audit from $49 / AED 180 (Essential). Pro is $99 / AED 364 and Enterprise is $179 / AED 657. Ongoing SEO work is scoped and quoted after the audit, based on what your site actually needs, so you are not paying for a fixed package that includes work you do not need.
How long does SEO take to work in the UAE?
It depends on your site, your competitors and how quickly fixes go live. Technical blockers such as pages that cannot be indexed can be fixed quickly, and you can confirm them with a rescan. Changes in search visibility usually take longer, because search engines need to recrawl and reassess your pages. We will not give you a date for a ranking.
Can you guarantee a first-page ranking on Google?
No. No one controls a position in Google or a mention by an AI assistant, and a company that guarantees one is promising something outside its control. What we can show you is evidence: which checks your site fails, what was changed and whether the change passed a rescan. That is a sounder basis for decisions than a guarantee.
Do you work in Arabic?
Yes — pages, reports and dashboards in English and Arabic. The Quixo Audit comes as a PDF and spreadsheet in both languages, and portal reports are bilingual. For Arabic search we write pages for Arabic queries rather than translating English pages word for word, and set up hreflang so each language version is linked correctly. See our Arabic SEO page for more.
What is the difference between SEO and AI-answer visibility?
SEO is the wider discipline of being found in search, and AI-answer visibility is the part that concerns ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Google AI Overviews. The two overlap: AI assistants rely on the same crawlable pages and clear facts. The extra checks are AI crawler access in robots.txt, machine-readable business details and answers written to be quoted.
Do I need local SEO if I serve the whole UAE?
Usually yes. Even businesses serving all seven emirates get many searches with an area in them, such as Business Bay, DIFC or Abu Dhabi, and Google shows the map pack for many of these. A complete Google Business Profile and consistent business details help. If you have no physical location customers visit, we focus on service-area pages instead.
Do you need access to my website for the audit?
No. The Quixo Audit uses only your public website, so you do not need to share logins to get a score, grade and findings. Ongoing SEO work is different: to make fixes we, or your developer, need access to your site, and Google Search Console access helps us see how Google indexes and shows your pages.
Can you work with my existing web developer or agency?
Yes. Many fixes from the audit are handed to whoever manages your site, and each finding is written as a clear task they can act on and rescan. Agencies can also use Quixo as a white-label portal to run audits and report to their own clients. See our partners page for how agency partnerships work.
What happens after the Quixo Audit?
After the audit, each finding becomes a task in your Quixo portal. We agree with you what to fix first and who does it, and ongoing work is scoped and quoted at that point. As fixes go live you rescan, so you can see which checks now pass. You decide what to continue, based on what the evidence shows.
