Effective 6 July 2026. What data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Written to align with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and general GDPR principles for our EU-resident visitors.
Who we are
Quixo Marketing is a marketing consultancy based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating as a division of the Quixo Hub group. Contact: hello@quixomarketing.com.
What data we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to reply to your enquiry and to measure how this site performs. Specifically:
- Enquiry data — name, email or WhatsApp number, company, and message content you submit via the contact form or send via WhatsApp / email.
- Analytics data — anonymised page-view data via Google Analytics 4 (property G-XGLS21SZSR). Includes country, device, page path, referrer, and interaction events. IP addresses are anonymised.
- Technical logs — Cloudflare edge access logs (IP, timestamp, requested URL) retained for 24 hours for security purposes.
Why we use it
To reply to enquiries, to deliver marketing services you engage us for, and to understand which parts of this site help visitors find what they need. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for behavioural profiling.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months, then deleted unless we have an active commercial relationship with you. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in GA4 (Google default). Edge logs are retained for 24 hours.
Who we share it with
We use the following processors:
- Google (Analytics + Ads) — policies.google.com/privacy
- Cloudflare (edge hosting) — cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
- Meta (LinkedIn Insight Tag if enabled on this page) — linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
Beyond those processors, we do not share your data with third parties. If we ever needed to (for example, to comply with a lawful request from a UAE regulator), we would.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold about you at any time. Email hello@quixomarketing.com with your request. We respond within one working day.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies for basic function and, when you accept, analytics cookies via GA4. No advertising cookies are set from this site.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when the underlying practice changes. Material changes are announced on the home page for 30 days.
